WWE Fastlane Delivers As Expected Before WrestleMania 2021

WWE Fastlane is the last Pay-Per-View event of the World Wrestling Entertainment before the year's biggest event, WrestleMania 2021. It is also the last event to air on the WWE TV Network. As with Fastlane events, it is basically a one-match show, with some memorable and fun filler matches in between make it fun and entertaining.

Roman Reigns Defends and Retains the Universal Championship at WWE Fastlane 2021

Roman Reigns entered the match as the currentUniversal Champion. He defended his title against Daniel Bryan. The match had a special referee, which was the fan-beloved and returned superstar, Edge. The WWE Fastlane match ended with Reigns pinning Daniel Bryan down after Edge hit him with chair shots. Edge did not do that out of the blue, as Bryan hit Edge accidentally with a chair earlier in the match. Near the end, the ref and Edge were down, and Bryan made Reign tap out with the Yes Lock. When Edge got up, he hit him with a chair shot and gave Roman Reigns the victory.

The WWE Fastlane match was stellar and evenly paced. On the other hand, the end might have been the lowest part, but it was still fun to watch. The match started pretty slow, with Bryan outwrestling Roman Reigns. It was full of Reigns muscling Bryan before he counters his moves and slips out. It was a genuinely excellent dynamic for the wrestling match.

It started an excellent dynamic for the match.  The match was full of WWE Fastlane surprises. At one point, JeyUso entered the ring and knocked out Edge and Bryan, and brought a chair. At that moment, Bryan was able to take him out and tried to hit Roman with the chair but accidentally hit Edge. That was one of the absolutely defining moments that affected the outcome of the match we mentioned above.

Edge did not give Reigns the victory on purpose, as when he broke the Yes Lock and then hit them both with the chair and stormed off the ring. It is then when Roman Reigns pinned down Bryan. Overall, a great match from all parties and marks one of the best matches in this WWE Fastlane event.

Drew McIntyre and Sheamus – As Expected

As you would expect from a WWE Fastlane match featuring these two wrestlers, it was violent and action-packed. They both beat the hell out of each other, and it was glorious to watch. Although it was not the WWE Fastlane main event, it was still a stellar performance. They fought everywhere, thrown each other on tables and monitors, used different items, and it was glorious. It ended with Drew McIntyre pinning Sheamus.

These are only some of the matches that took place during the WWE Fastlane, but they are the most memorable. Other matches included Randy Orton and the return of The Fiend. It also included the Women's Tag Team Championship. It was Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax Vs. Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair.
