Many reports have shown just how much the company has expanded since its birth. The Q2 2017 showed Yggdrasil growing revenues by an immense 103% compared to the corresponding period last year. Their profit margin increased to 42%, which is outstanding for such a young enterprise. Yggdrasil’s EBITDA also grew by a remarkable 76% which puts them at £2.9m.
One of the reasons Yggdrasil has seen such overwhelming growth is because of the increase in player transactions. The company’s gamblers are expanding their operations significantly. Their rounds are operating at a 99% increase currently, reaching 1.5 billion rounds in recent months.
Yggdrasil already has a team of 143, 23 of which are new hires. The company is expanding at such a fast rate that the business is constantly having to increase their staff size, so they will most likely be making another round of hires before the end of the year.
It is very likely that this up and coming gaming company will see more growth in their future. As long as they can keep up with managing their growth, Yggdrasil will continue to prosper over the next few quarters which might reflect in the upcoming 2018 B2B and International Gaming Awards.
